Privacy notice
DRVX LTD (company no. 17519121) is the data controller for personal information we collect. We collect only the information you send us (such as your name, company, email address, telephone number and details of your enquiry) and information needed to supply drivers and invoice for work.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, provide our services, issue invoices, take payments and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Our lawful bases are contract, legitimate interests and legal obligation. We do not sell your data. We may share it with service providers who help us run the business (for example accounting and payment providers) only as needed.
We keep records only as long as necessary, including as required for tax and accounting purposes. You have rights under UK GDPR to access, correct or erase your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact accounts@drvx.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Terms of business
- Services. DRVX LTD supplies drivers to business clients in the transport and logistics sector on a temporary, ongoing or short-notice basis, as agreed for each booking.
- Bookings. Bookings are agreed in writing (including by email), setting out dates, location, the work required and the agreed rates.
- Pricing. Rates are agreed with the client before work begins and depend on the requirement. Prices are quoted in pounds sterling.
- Invoicing and payment. Invoiced after work, typically weekly, 14–30 day terms. The applicable payment term is stated on each invoice. Payment may be made by bank transfer or by the online payment methods shown on the invoice.
- Late payment. We may charge interest and compensation on late payments as permitted by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- Cancellations and disputes. Please notify us as soon as possible of any cancellation. Any query about an invoice should be raised promptly by emailing accounts@drvx.co.uk.
- Client responsibilities. The client is responsible for providing suitable, roadworthy and insured vehicles and accurate information about the work.
- Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
